Mike Hoeft

The earlier part of Mike's career involved managing property portfolios for corporate occupier clients. Property activity included sales, leasing, innovation, and development management. Mike has since been accountable for network planning and strategy for large portfolios across retail, office, industrial and leisure asset classes. Having acted for a broad range of clients, owners and occupiers of property in NZ and abroad, Mike is well-versed in the intricacies of asset management, including financial, data and estate management.  

With a well-rounded and practical approach to property matters, Mike enjoys moving transactions forward to completion using his energy, determination and organisational skills. Mike relishes opportunities to work with clients to help them achieve their business goals.

Mike's other interests and passions include motor racing, travel, and family time.
