Bill has an impressive track record in negotiating a wide range of commercial and industrial property transactions over a period of three decades. His previous position was with Barfoot & Thompson and in that time he was ranked a leading broker including attaining the status of Top Commercial Broker several times throughout his years with the company. Furthermore, he was ranked in the top 20 agents within the wider Barfoots group which consists of over 1700 agents – a testament to Bills exceptional skills and service levels.

 Bill specializes in CBD sales and investments. He is well known in the Auckland business industry and property market as being a competent, hard working, dedicated and trustworthy broker. Bill commenced his involvement with Ray White Commercial in March 2019 and he is delighted to be joining a highly successful team of top professional commercial brokers with an impressive track record and excellent corporate and administrative support.

Bill has a keen interest in all sports and especially rugby. He was one of the foundation coaches of the inaugural Auckland University Junior Rugby Club when it was launched in 1995. He represented Bay of Islands and North Auckland at rugby and as a 19 year old played for North Auckland at centre against the British Lions at Okara Park in Whangarei. On this occasion North Auckland were narrowly defeated by a Lions test side 6-3
